The Maratona dles Dolomites start list was announced last week. Over 32,000 people entered the lottery this year. As always just 9000 precious places were awarded. If you missed out on a lottery spot, you can still find Maratona dles Dolomites packages from a large number of tour operators.
The Maratona began in 1987 with 166 riders, and is now one of the most important amateur cycling events in Europe. This huge growth also includes the numbers of tour operators offering Maratona tour packages. Several years ago there were only five companies offering official Maratona trips. Now there are more than thirty!
The packages vary as much as the tour companies themselves. Trips lasting from just one day up to eight days. Costs ranging from a few hundred dollars, up to more than $7,000. There are options for every budget.
Here’s the full list of tour companies with Maratona dles Dolomites packages.
My advice though, is to come and stay a while. A one or two day trip to the Dolomites… are you kidding? That’s just not fair. These spectacular mountains of Italy deserve much more time to fully appreciate. Get in touch with Holimites, the true local experts in the Dolomites. They will show you all the magic.
